- ardx_age_ok — localStorage key that records your age-gate confirmation. Stored locally in your browser, never sent to our servers. Expires when you clear browser data.
- ardx_ck_done — localStorage key recording your cookie banner response. Same storage mechanism as above.
- ardx_bal — localStorage key holding your Gold Coin balance for the spin game. Purely local.
Analytics Cookies (Optional)
If you accept cookies via our banner, we may load aggregate analytics tools that set session-scoped cookies to measure page views and navigation patterns. These are anonymous and do not track individuals across sites. No advertising profiles are built.
Third-Party Services
The Site loads the following external resources. Each may set their own cookies per their respective privacy policies:

Disabling all cookies may prevent the age gate and coin balance from persisting across sessions. Core game functionality will still work on a per-session basis.
LocalStorage vs. Cookies
Most of AlgonquinRidge's client-side storage uses the browser's localStorage API rather than traditional HTTP cookies. localStorage data is not transmitted with network requests and is accessible only to the exact origin domain. It can be cleared through your browser's developer tools or by clearing site data in settings.
